For the sauce:

  1. Leek 15 gr
  2. Vegetable oil 5 gr
  3. Cream 22% 60 gr
  4. Curry 2 gr
  5. Salt to taste

Fry the chicken in a hot skillet until cooked.
Finely chop the leek and garlic.
