  1. Radish 500 g
  2. Garlic 1 head
  3. Hot peppers 0.25 pcs.
  4. Parsley 5-6 branches
  5. Dill 5-6 branches

For marinade

  1. Water 300 ml
  2. Sugar 2 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp.
  4. Vinegar 9% 50 ml
  5. Sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l
  6. Bay leaf 2-3 pcs.
  7. Black pepper 5-6 pcs.

Step 1.

Radish is better to take large. Cut it into circles, about 3-4 mm thick. Cut the garlic into slices or squeeze the parsley and dill, chop finely and add to the radish and garlic. Mix everything. Fold tightly in a jar.

Step 2

Cook the marinade. To do this, add sugar, salt, black pepper and bay leaf to the water. Put on the fire. After boiling add oil and vinegar. Turn off the stove. Fill the radish with hot marinade and close the lid. Leave to cool at room temperature. We store in the refrigerator. Very tasty radish is ready. We serve it to any meat (I washed a can at a time))).
