  1. Pollock fillet 500 g
  2. Large plums 7-8 pcs.
  3. Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
  4. Apple cider vinegar 7 tbsp. l
  5. Ground coriander 1 tsp
  6. Ground black pepper 1 tsp.
  7. Dried mint 1 pinch
  8. Parsley 1 bunch (small)
  9. Sugar 1 tbsp. l
  10. Salt to taste

Cooking steps: 1. Preparing the sauce: cut the plums into 4-6 parts. Add olive oil, apple cider vinegar to the pan and simmer the plums until soft. 2. Add sugar and dried mint to the sauce. 3. Put the pollock fillet in a greased form. 4. Add each fillet, pepper, sprinkle with coriander and spread the plum sauce on top. 5. We send pollock to the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes. 6. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
