1. Add one egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, vegetable oil to the curd and combine all the ingredients with a blender. 2. Gradually adding flour with a baking powder, knead the dough with a spoon, it should be sticky, but do not add flour anymore. If desired, raisins can be added to the dough. I prepare two options at once with and without raisins. 3. We spread the dough on a surface dusted with flour, form a long flagellum and divide it into 24 equal parts. We roll each piece into a ball. 4. Fry in a well-heated oil on a fire slightly below average, turning from time to time so that the donuts are evenly fried on all sides. There should be enough oil so that the donuts float freely in it. 5. We take it out on a napkin so that the glass is excess oil. Sprinkle warm donuts with powdered sugar. Such donuts can be prepared in the oven, at a temperature of 180 * 10-15 minutes. They turn out very airy and tender, tasty both in warm and cold form. 6.
