Watermelon Salad with Feta, Tomato and Cucumber

Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes 2 pieces
  2. Cucumbers 2 pieces
  3. Feta cheese 1/2 pack
  4. Red onion 1/2 pieces
  5. Watermelon 400 grams
  6. Fresh Mint Handful
  7. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  8. Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the ingredients.


Peel the cucumbers so that they are softer in the salad. Then cut them into cubes, crush tomatoes, onions and pulp of watermelon in exactly the same cubes (select all the bones, naturally).
Cut feta cheese into small pieces. Chop finely and mint leaves.

Step 2: mix the watermelon salad with feta, tomatoes and cucumbers.


Combine chopped vegetables, watermelon, cheese and mint in a plate. Add oil, balsamic vinegar and mix very carefully. You can also mix vinegar with oil first and then add it to the salad.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled to the table.
