- Orange (juice and zest) 1 piece

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Squeeze the orange juice in a saucepan, grate the zest, add icing sugar and yolks, as well as lemon juice.
Step 2: mix and brew.
Put the saucepan with the ingredients on a slow fire and heat, stirring thoroughly all the time.
When the mixture becomes warm, add the butter and, stirring, continue to heat until the consistency is thick enough.
Pour the cream into a glass or jar, with a volume of 200-250 milliliters. Chill.
