Ingredients

Omelette

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Sour cream 70 ml.
  3. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. lies.
  4. Salt pinch

Filling

  1. 3 carrots
  2. Cream cheese 100 gr.
  3. Garlic 3 cloves.
  4. Mayonnaise 60 gr.
  5. Salt, pepper to taste
  6. Vegetable cooking oil to taste

Cooking:

Separate the squirrels from the yolks. Beat whites with a pinch of salt in a strong foam. Mix the yolks with sour cream and vegetable oil. Add the whipped whites and mix gently. Put on a baking sheet with oiled parchment and bake at a temp. 180 gr. 15-20 min. For the filling, grate the carrots on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil until cooked, cool. Add the coarsely grated cheese, chopped garlic, mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix. Evenly distribute the filling on an omelet and twist with a roll. You can serve immediately or put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The size of the form is 24x28 cm. The parchment must be of good quality.
