A step-by-step recipe for preparing snacks: We begin the preparation of salad by soaking 10 g. gelatin in 50 ml.l. cold boiled water. Put the red onion, cut into rings, into a bowl, put 1 teaspoon in it. salt, add 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 tea l vinegar essence and pour boiling water. Grate boiled potatoes and boiled beets on a coarse grater in equal proportions. Finely chop the dill. Melt the swollen gelatin without boiling in the microwave. You can dissolve it in a water bath, but in a microwave oven it dissolves faster and greatly simplifies this process. Mix gelatin with mayonnaise and mix well. Pour dill greens into a large bowl, add the gelatin mass to it, mix and add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste to taste. A beautiful and voluminous mass was obtained, which we put in a plastic container greased from the inside with vegetable oil. Evenly distribute the vegetables in the container, level them with a spoon , close and put in the refrigerator. We make a cut of boiled eggs, cutting each egg into 5-6 parts. Cut lemon into very thin slices, which will be the decoration of our holiday snack. Drain the pickled onions and rinse them under cold running water. We start to cut the herring fillet in whole pieces. We get the container with the veiled vegetables from the refrigerator, put it and cut into portioned parts. We spread portions with vegetables on an elegant plate and decorate them with an egg, onion rings, lemon and pieces of herring. A magnificent, unique and chic appetizer is ready! Bon appetit to all!
