- Fillet of red salmon fish 400g

Cut the beets into smaller pieces. In a bowl of a blender we combine beets, sugar, salt, vodka. Grind into small crumbs.
We cover the foil with cling film, put the fish fillet on top, then the marinade. Distribute the marinade throughout the fish. Well wrapped.
We put it in the container, because the marinade can leak. Leave in the refrigerator for 36 hours. We get the fish, remove the marinade. You can already eat it, it is very tasty.
Dill finely chopped. Sprinkle them with fish. Rub the tangerine peel on top and pour over the juice. Leave for another 8 hours in the refrigerator.
We will serve on pancakes. Lubricate them with sour cream. On top is a leaf of lettuce (I have Beijing cabbage), then a circle of cucumber and finish with a delicious fish. Such an appetizer can be served on bread, but it’s tastier on pancakes.
