Ingredients

  1. White cabbage 320 grams
  2. 1 carrot
  3. Apple 0.5 pcs.
  4. Grapes 0.5 handful
  5. Dried Cranberries 2 tbsp
  6. Walnuts 15 grams
  7. Olive oil 1 tbsp
  8. Honey 0.5 tbsp
  9. Wine vinegar 0.5 tbsp
  10. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Pour walnuts and cranberries for a few minutes with hot water, then dry. Grind nuts.

Chop the cabbage, grate the apple and carrots on a medium grater.
Rinse and cut the grapes in half.

Step 2: mix and season the salad.


Mix apple, carrots and cabbage, add grapes, nuts and cranberries.
In a separate bowl, combine honey, wine vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil.
Pour dressing into salad, mix.

Step 3: serve the salad with grapes and walnuts.


Serve a salad with grapes and walnuts immediately after cooking. This is an excellent breakfast, as well as a nice addition to lunch or dinner.
