- milk 200 ml.
- yeast 20 g
- sugar 1 tsp
- flour 350 g. (I have whole grains)

- salt 1/3 tsp
- egg 1 pc.
- butter 30 g

Cooking:

In warm milk add yeast and 1 tsp. Sahara. Dissolve the yeast and clean for 10 minutes in a warm place.

Sift the flour, add sugar, salt, egg and the approached yeast, knead the dough and add soft butter, knead well again, cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

We divide the dough into 12 parts, form the balls and cover with a towel, take it one by one, roll it into a circle, put the filling, turn it and place it on a baking sheet, cover with a towel, put it in a warm place for 20 minutes and put it in the oven for 25 minutes at 150C.
