We make choux pastry, in a saucepan we mix water, milk, a pinch of salt and butter, send to the stove and bring to a boil, add the sifted flour and quickly brew the dough, let stand for 5 minutes and add one egg each, mix well, the dough is ready, divide we divide it into two parts, we distribute each part into parchment in the shape of a circle and bake at a temperature of 200 C. I baked for 22 minutes.

We prepare the cream, bring the milk to a boil, mix the sugar with starch, add the yolks and mix well, add the hot milk in small portions, and mix, pour everything back into the saucepan and cook constantly stirring until thickened and the first bouillon. We shift into the bowl, cover with a film and remove to cool. Whip the cream (or soft butter), add the cream in portions and mix gently, the cream is ready.

We collect the cake, put one cake in a mold or on a dish, put the whole cream on it, cover it with a second cake and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

We get our delicious cake, carefully cut into pieces and invite everyone to drink tea!)
