Step 1: prepare the ribs.
Divide the ribs into several parts. Put in a pan, add spices, water and salt. Put on a slow fire and cook 50-80 minutes.
The meat should become soft, but not enough to move away from the bones.
The broth can be used to make some kind of soup, and the ribs can be cooled.
Step 2: prepare the mustard marinade.
Combine all the ingredients needed to make the marinade.
It will result in an almost uniform sauce.
Step 3: bake the pork ribs in a mustard marinade.
Lubricate the ribs thoroughly with mustard marinade, place in a closed container and leave overnight in the refrigerator.
And then you just have to cook the ribs.
Lay the ribs on a baking sheet covered with parchment, sprinkle with chili peppers and, having closed, send to the preheated 190 degrees oven on 30 minutes.
Then remove the lid and bake more 15-20 minutesuntil the ribs are browned (you can enable the grill function).
Step 4: Serve the pork ribs in a mustard marinade.
Serve the pork ribs hot immediately after cooking.
Enjoy your meal!
