Ingredients
- 1 large chicken breast
- Bavarian mustard 200 gr
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Small head of cauliflower 1 pc.
- Feta cheese crumbs to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Cooking:
Chicken fillet cut into pieces. Mix mustard, squeezed garlic, pepper and salt. Add to chicken and mix. Pickle for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Place marinated chicken slices and zucchini sliced in thin strips, onion slices and small cauliflower inflorescences on wooden skewers.
Bake over coals on the grill for 6-9 minutes on each side. When serving, sprinkle vegetables with crumbs of feta cheese.
