Step 1 - Prepare the ingredients.

Grind raisins very finely with a blender or knife. Rub the butter at room temperature with sugar, raisins, vanilla, honey, cinnamon, salt for 5-7 minutes. If you add salt at this stage, then there will be pleasant salty grains in the cookies. Also, salt can be added further to hot water, then it will completely dissolve. Add hot water and honey to the mixture.
