To make a quick pizza according to this recipe, we need a pan with a bottom of 28 cm in diameter. If you do not have a pan with such a bottom, simply reduce the amount of ingredients offered.
To prepare the base in a deep bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise and use a whisk to turn everything into a homogeneous mass. In the egg-sour cream mixture, gradually add 1 tablespoon of flour without top and knead a thin dough. Lubricate the cold pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. On top of the batter, distribute the ketchup, and the rest of the filling to your taste.
I use chopped mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, stack the filling in random order. Having laid the mushrooms with ham and tomatoes, which I seasoned with salt and black pepper on top, I fill the filling with grated cheese.
We put the pan on the stove, first turn on the fire for 2 minutes at full power so that the cake is grasped, then we make the minimum heat, cover the pan with a lid and bake pizza in the pan until the cheese is melted, about 8 - 10 minutes.
Cut the finished pizza in portions and serve.
