Ingredients for Cooking Meringues with Nuts
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Lemon juice 2.5 milliliters

Step 1: beat the whites.
Beat the whites well separated from the yolks at the minimum speed of the mixer. Add lemon juice and salt.
