- 1/5 whole chicken
- Orange juice 3-4 tablespoons
- French mustard 1 tablespoon

Baking dish, oven, plate.
Step 1: prepare the marinade.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, orange juice, mustard, paprika, nutmeg and ginger. Rub the garlic here. Mix well.
Step 2: pickle the chicken in the ginger marinade.
Rinse the chicken, the meat should be completely thawed. Wash it with a towel and season with salt and pepper, rubbing the chicken with spices on all sides.
Put marinade on the chicken, cover the plate with poultry meat and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Step 3: bake the chicken in the ginger marinade.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put chopped butter on top of the chicken slices. Send the pickled chicken to bake in the oven, approximately, on 1 hour. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the pieces (you can take parts of a bird as well as a whole half).
Step 4: serve the chicken in the ginger marinade.
Serve the chicken in hot ginger marinade. As a side dish, it will be just perfect to serve a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs or cabbage.
