After I washed and cleaned the chicken, I cut it into pieces and put it to boil.

After I cleaned the foam formed on the surface, I added the whole vegetables, cleaned and washed. I let it boil until the meat and vegetables cooked well.

I took the meat and vegetables out of the soup. After they cooled a bit, I cleaned the meat from the bones and added it back to the soup. I also put a carrot (boiled) on the small grater and I added it. I took the bowl of soup from the fire.

Separately I mixed an egg yolk with 2 tablespoons of sour cream, poured over a soup polish and added the mixture to the soup bowl.

I crushed 3 cloves of garlic, I added them to the soup and I let it boil for a few more minutes.

I seasoned the soup with salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of vinegar, then I sprinkled freshly chopped parsley.
